The Finnmark FD-2 is Finnmark Designs' best-selling 2-person infrared sauna. Built from Canadian Aspen exterior with a Western Red Cedar interior, the FD-2 combines premium Scandinavian-style construction with Finnmark's Spectrum Plus full-spectrum heater technology.

Spectrum Plus Full-Spectrum Heaters

Finnmark's Spectrum Plus incoloy heaters deliver near-, mid-, and far-infrared wavelengths from a single panel. Maximum cabin temperature reaches 170°F — higher than most infrared cabins, closer to traditional sauna intensity. Backed by a lifetime warranty on the heaters and 10-year craftsmanship + electrical coverage.

Premium Wood Construction

The exterior uses Canadian Aspen, a hypoallergenic hardwood that resists warping and is preferred for sauna cabins by Scandinavian builders. The interior is Western Red Cedar — naturally antimicrobial, dimensionally stable, and aromatic. The 8mm tempered glass door with side glass panels opens up the cabin without sacrificing heat retention.
